La Ferme Saint Jacques is the first and only Foie Gras production facility in the Middle East. It is concerned with all specialty food made of the liver of ducks or geese. It is based in Batroun, Lebanon. The farm’s activity covers all stages of Fois Gras production that involve: breeding of ducks, transformation, processing and distribution. Duck liver, breasts and confit are produced and transformed following the farming traditions of families from south West of France. La Ferme Saint Jacques is proud to have the ISO 22000 certification for Food Safety Management.
