La Boulangere produces a large range of French-style viennoiseries. Including butter croissants, soft milk bread with chocolate, raisins and custard, brioche loaves and much more. It carefully selects the ingredients that go into making of its bread. Almost all of its products are guaranteed to contain no palm oil. La Boulangère has acquired certification from IFS and Ecocert: two external bodies that monitor ingredient selection, manufacturing methods and food safety processes every year. La Boulangere has also developed a full line dedicated to the production of Organic breads where all raw materials are sourced from Organic Farming without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
