It all started back in 1963, when a small unit of pasteurization of fresh milk collected cow’s milk from local producers to provide the residents of Ioannina. Today, DODONI is forerunner Greek producer of feta. It is also considered among the first to export the original taste of Epirus beyond Greek borders.
