It all started back in 1963, when a small unit of pasteurization of fresh milk collected cow’s milk from local producers to provide the residents of Ioannina. Today, DODONI is forerunner Greek producer of feta. It is also considered among the first to export the original taste of Epirus beyond Greek borders. Dodoni owns a big assortment of 80 kinds of dairy products. Including the world’s famous feta, fresh milk yogurt, hard cow’s cheeses, galotyri, butter and many more.
