Kaddoum Mountainous Honey is made in Lebanon. It is harvested from a wide variety of nectar producing thistle species and wild forest flowers spread around high altitude mountains. Cold extracted, golden color honey. It is indeed the prickly stems and leaves of the thistle with their rounded head of purple flowers and the wild flowers that makes it a source of energy and vitality.

Kaddoum Honey involves the best honey varieties from all over Lebanon. This gives it a unique flavor plus best quality. With the support of his grandfather, Antoine decided to undertake the adventure. He started bee hiving with 6 pottery jars. The first harvest of Kaddoum Honey to be marketed was in 1982. Antoine’s golden rule in Kaddoum Honey making learnt from his grandfather is: "The honey is yours, but don’t harm the bees”.
