A rich cake flavored with Tahini paste & coated with sesame seeds, great with coffee or tea.
400Calories Per Serving
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 1/2 tsps Baking Powder
- A pinch of Salt
- 1 1/2 cups of Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Liquid Milk
- 1/2 cup Tahini Paste
- Seasame seeds for coating

1Mix well : flour, baking powder, salt and leave them aside.
2With a hand mixer, mix: sugar, eggs & vanilla until the mixture is foamy and pale in color.
3Add to them oil & liquid milk and then add the flour mixture.
4Finally, you have to add the tahini paste & mix them well.
5Prepare the baking pan and brush it with butter and sprinkle sesame seeds on sides and bottom to coat the baking pan well.
6Pour cake batter into the baking pan.
7Preheat the oven at 180c and bake the cake for 40 minutes.
