Ingredients
- 400 g boiled Tagliatelle
- 2 pieces of fresh whole calamari
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- Fresh basil
- 2 cloves garlic (mashed)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian spices
- 100 g cherry tomato
- 1 tbsp. lemon zest
- Pinch of salt

Method

1In a pan add the olive oil, garlic, finely chopped basil, and the cherry tomato. Stir slightly until the tomatoes get roasted.

2Add the calamari on high heat and keep around 5 min on every side, add the spices and the salt.

3Set the calamari aside.

4Add the pasta, lemon juice, zest and mix well to combine

5Serve the pasta with the grilled Calamari on top.
