Tagliatelle Calamari


For all pasta lovers try this simple and easy recipe, you can easily replace your favorite seafood instead of calamari.

  • 400 g boiled Tagliatelle
  • 2 pieces of fresh whole calamari
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil
  • Fresh basil
  • 2 cloves garlic (mashed)
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian spices
  • 100 g cherry tomato
  • 1 tbsp. lemon zest
  • Pinch of salt

    In a pan add the olive oil, garlic, finely chopped basil, and the cherry tomato. Stir slightly until the tomatoes get roasted.

    Add the calamari on high heat and keep around 5 min on every side, add the spices and the salt.

    Set the calamari aside.

    Add the pasta, lemon juice, zest and mix well to combine

    Serve the pasta with the grilled Calamari on top.
