Sugar Free Fruit Chia Jam


Healthier sugar free version of a jam.

  • 1 ½ Cup frozen Blackberries
  • ½ cup Honey.
  • 2 Tbsp. ground chia seed.
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds.

    In a pot, add the frozen blackberries along with honey on a low medium heat.

    Once it starts boiling, wait 3 minutes then simmer.

    With a wooden smasher, start smashing them until a thick liquid forms.

    Add the ground chia seeds and the chia seeds and mix while on a very low heat for about 5 minutes or until the chia seeds have thickened the mixture.

    Place the jam in a glass jar and wait 15 minutes to cool then into the fridge.

    It will approximately last a week in the fridge.
