  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely co oppee
  • 1 can diced tomato
  • 300 grs Pasta
  • 300 grs Shrimps
  • 3 Tbsp. chopper fresh thyme
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

    Bring water to a boil, boil the pasta for 8 to 9 minutes.

    Heat a pan, add 2 Tbsp. olive oil & the onion and cook them for 1 minute.

    Add the shrimps, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.

    Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

    Add the chopped tomato and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add the boiled pasta, thyme and basil. Combine them well.

    Drizzle the remaining 1 Tbsp. olive oil and serve immediately.
