- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely co oppee
- 1 can diced tomato
- 300 grs Pasta
- 300 grs Shrimps
- 3 Tbsp. chopper fresh thyme
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste

1Bring water to a boil, boil the pasta for 8 to 9 minutes.
2Heat a pan, add 2 Tbsp. olive oil & the onion and cook them for 1 minute.
3Add the shrimps, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
4Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
5Add the chopped tomato and simmer for 5 minutes.
6Add the boiled pasta, thyme and basil. Combine them well.
7Drizzle the remaining 1 Tbsp. olive oil and serve immediately.
