  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  • Salt, black and white pepper to taste
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

    Combine the honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, black pepper, white pepper and garlic clove together. This is the marinade.
