Flourless Chocolate Brownies

- ½ cup coconut oil
- 120 g vegan dark chocolate (92%)
- 14 pitted Medjool dates
- 1/3 Cup maple syrup
- 1 Tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup + 1 Tbsp. chickpea flour (garbanzo beans flour)
- ¼ cup cacao powder
- ½ Cup + 1 Tbsp. hazelnut flour
- ½ Tsp. salt
- 1 Tsp. baking Soda

1Pre-heat oven to 200 degree Celsius.
2In a high-speed food processor, add the melted coconut oil, dates and maple syrup and blend until a liquid paste forms.
3In a bowl, add the dry ingredients: chickpea flour, hazelnut flour and cacao powder and mix well..
4Add the coconut oil mixture to the dry ingredients and mix very well, then add the vanilla extract, salt and baking soda and keep mixing.
5Melt the dark chocolate in bain marie.
6Add the melted dark chocolate to the batter and mix until well incorporated.
7In a brownie mold spread the batter and into the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 18 minutes.
8Let it cool, then serve!
