  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 cups coconut flakes
  • ½ cup sugar syrup (قطر) (you might increase to ¾ cup if you like it extra sweet)

    While beating, gradually add oil, flour and baking powder until they are well combined
