CASH BACK Collection:
In order to collect CASH BACK, Spinneys Loyalty member should purchase products flagged with CASH BACK signs in stores or online in order to add the cash back amount to the loyalty account.
The Cash Back amounts can be collected on the customer’s account even if the total receipt value is less than 1$
CASH BACK Redemption:
If you are shopping in store, you can ask the cashier to deduct any amount from your Cash Back balance collected on your Loyalty Card.
If you are shopping online, the Cash Back balance will appear under your wallet and you can choose any desired amount to be deducted while checking out on our home delivery website.
CASH BACK Validity:
The Cash Back amounts collected on the customer’s account will have a validity of 7 months from the collection day. For example, all Cash Back collected between July 2024 and end of December 2024 to be used before end of January 2025.
And those collected between beginning of January 2025 and end of June 2025 to be used before end of July 2025.
CASH BACK Balance:
Members can check their CASH BACK statement on their receipts during purchases or by approaching the loyalty desks, online or by calling Spinneys Hotline on 1521.
