In a dry bowl, blend 2 full tablespoons (30g) of DOMO custard powder in 500 ml (2 cups) of milk; add 3 tablespoons of sugar (55g). Stir well until dissolved. Boil the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously until obtaining a smooth cream. Serve hot or cold.
