Carlow Brewing Company is an independent Irish brewery established in 1996. It uses wholesome ingredients like malt, hops, yeast, water and sticks to traditional Celtic beer styles. Thus, a wide range of beers brewed by the company and ales was originated, including: O'Hara's Irish Red, O'Hara's Leann Follain, O'Hara's Irish Pale Ale and Curim Gold Celtic Wheat Beer. At the Millennium Brewing Industry International Awards, the brewery earned international recognition. O’Hara’s won the Gold Medal for the Worlds Number 1 Stout. Plus, the Championship Trophy in the Category for International Darks, Milds, Stouts and Porters.
