It starts with selecting wines from the best vineyards of France – Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, Beaujolais, Rhône, Loire, Languedoc – offering a large variety of aromas. It is a genuine blend of French traditions, distilled and aged until just the right moment in small French oak barrels. Blending adds the final touch. Our Master Blender looks after, selects and measures out our eaux-de-vie, working her magic to blend them and perpetuate StRémy's signature style, flavors and smoothness. In 1886, the entrepreneurial Paul-Emile Rémy Martin brought his brandy making expertise inherited from his cognac House to set up a distillery and produce high quality brandy at the heart of the Loire Valley in France. Originally sold as Fine St-Rémy, our brandy met immediate success in France and began to be exported to the rest of Europe in the 1920s. The American continent was next, followed by South-East Asia, Africa and Australia. Over the past 20 years, St-Rémy won several prestigious awards and accolades from critics and industry professionals. St-Rémy is treasured for its aromatic style and recognized as the World's favorite French brandy.
